Product structure
The product is a frame structure, welded with section steel or assembled by steel plate. The frame is covered with special paint layer, which has strong mechanical properties, weather resistance and corrosion resistance. When the pre-assembled (box-type) substation is an overall structure, the box is separated into three relatively independent chambers, namely, high voltage chamber, transformer room and low greenhouse. The lighting of each room is automatically opened and closed with the opening and closing of the door. There is a heat insulation layer at the top of the pre-installed (box-type) substation to prevent condensation in high temperature and cold areas due to sharp changes in the temperature in the box, and an intercropping layer can be added around the box. In order to keep the temperature in the box stable, the transformer room and the low-voltage room are equipped with automatic temperature control devices.
Box structure
Hyperbaric chamber
The high pressure room is equipped with a high pressure ring network cabinet, which has a perfect "five defenses" function. High voltage switch can choose sulfur hexafluoride load switch, vacuum circuit breaker. High voltage cabinet has a variety of protection functions for transformer short circuit, overload and so on.
Transformer room
The transformer room is equipped with dry or liquid (oil) immersed transformers. The box is equipped with a perfect ventilation system, and the temperature control value can be set according to the need. The transformer is equipped with an errant charging interval device to prevent errant observation.
Low-pressure chamber
The low-pressure chamber is divided into two assembly forms: take-away gallery type and non-take-away gallery type. Indoor can be installed measuring cabinet, total incoming cabinet, outgoing cabinet, capacitor cabinet and liaison cabinet (two transformers), with the overall function of low-voltage switchgear sets. The general measuring cabinet and the main switch are integrated, that is, the upper part of the cabinet is the instrument, the measuring box, and the middle and lower part is the automatic air switch, lightning arrester and transformer. The capacitor cabinet can be manually or automatically controlled for automatic compensation. Capacitive reactive power compensation capacity is generally 15-30% of the transformer capacity.
